Data we collect and why

We collect your name, date of birth, Tanzanian mobile number, NIDA or passport number, identity document scans and selfie for account registration and KYC verification. Financial data — deposit and withdrawal records, mobile money wallet identifiers (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa) — is collected to process payments. Device data (IP address, device type, browser) and usage data (pages visited, session duration) are collected automatically to maintain Platform security and improve performance. Betting and gaming history is stored for regulatory compliance and responsible gambling monitoring.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game providers (anonymised session tokens only), fraud prevention services and regulatory authorities when required by law or our Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence (OGL/2024/225/0601).

How we use your data

Your data is used to operate your account, settle bets and casino results, process deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity before your first withdrawal, detect fraud and bonus abuse, comply with AML obligations under our licence, monitor gambling activity for responsible gambling purposes, and send you promotional communications where you have not opted out. You may opt out of marketing at any time via app notification settings or by contacting support.

Retention, security and your rights

We retain transaction records, KYC documents and betting history for five (5) years after account closure, as required by our licence. Technical logs are kept for 12 months. Data is protected by TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls and regular security audits.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to marketing or legitimate-interest processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@paripesatanzania.com. We respond within 30 days.
